contact us via email, telephone, or regular mail as listed below. If you have a question regarding a program feature, we ask that you look in the help file for the answer before contacting us. (If you cannot find the answer in the help file, we would like you to tell us.) We try to respond to email within 24 hours on regular business days. Our regular office hours are 9AM - 4PM Central time, Monday through Friday. We try very hard to have a life outside of computer software, so we are closed for most regular holidays. Since Hurricane Katrina visited New Orleans, it has been more difficult to respond to telephone inquiries. We are better able to respond to email. Davis Computer Services, Inc.
