We are not foolish enough to say that. However, we try very hard to make sure that our programs are as problem-free as we can make them. This includes having people outside of our company help test new programs.

If we find a bug in our program, we will do our best to correct it and send you a free updated version.

By the way, we are always on the look out for customers to help test programs. The pay is pretty low, but you get a big pat on the back from us and the inside track to try to get new features into the program. Sorry, but you have to be a current customer to be a beta tester.
